Those of you who attended our Employment Law Update in November will have heard Brabners' Employment Partner Joseph Shelston talk about Minimum Wage and how the regulation of wages might evolve in future.

Today BEIS named 260 employers for failing to pay 16,000 workers at least minimum wage rates.

The report also highlights that investigators have identified £1.7m in back pay and fined employers £1.3m for underpayment.

A further Employment Law seminar is planned (in partnership with Reed Global) for 1st February 2018. If you would like to attend please book your place early.
