UEFA have confirmed that England was the only applicant to submit a bid to host the Women's Euros 2021 ahead of the deadline last Friday.
The FA will still need to comply with the bid regulations and prove that they can satisfy the requirements to host the tournament but no vote will be taken by UEFA.
Europe's governing body's president Aleksander Ceferin said: "For England only, or UK even more, we know that infrastructure is perfect."
The final decision will be made on 3 December 2018 and England looks likely to be confirmed as hosts. It's another great opportunity to raise the profile of Women's Football in this country and continue the growth and interest in the Women's Super League.
