After an 8 day trial, it was conceded that a purported last Will of Shirley Guymer was not a valid Will. The result is that a charity and the deceased's nieces and nephews will receive varying shares of an Estate valued at around £825,000.
'She lacked knowledge of the 2016 will, she lacked capacity to make it in the first place, she was bullied and coerced by you and your family. The 2016 will is Malcolm's will, not Shirley's.'
