About Me

Angela has specialised in the social housing sector for over 20 years and handles general property and development work and all property aspects of securitisation.

Angela qualified in 1988 and is a Partner in the Social Housing department.  She has wide experience in dealing with all aspects of land acquisitions and sales including acquisition of land for residential development for rent and sale; disposal of numerous residential units within estates for homebuy/shared ownership sales; acquisition of residential units pursuant to Section 106 Agreements and dealing with variations required to Section 106 Agreements.  Angela has advised on complex grant agreements, nomination agreements and overage agreements, she has also dealt with stock transfers between registered providers/housing associations and complex loan arrangements.  Angela has acted on behalf of numerous registered providers/housing associations in securing large scale portfolio for multi-million pound draw downs.
