About Me

I am the head of department for the Brabners Real Estate in Manchester.

My team act on a wide range of real estate matters in development, investment, asset management, tenant work and pensions.

In the investment sector I include Jolivet Investments as a long standing client who I have acted for on a number of transactions including the purchase and sale of No 1 Tithebarn in Liverpool, Telford Court in Chester and Morston Point in Bolton.

In the food and drink sector we act for J.W. Lees on their property matters which include the buying and selling of public houses privately or by auction, new build developments, planning issues and tenanted houses. Recently we bought a portfolio of public houses from Greene King. Another significant client is Cream's Café, a quickly expanding franchisee gelato business and we are instructed upon taking leases to expand their national portfolio.

We are active in the storage and distribution sector and include Restore plc and Davies Turner & Co as clients. I have acted for Restore plc for over 5 years and experienced being part of their quick expansion to an extremely significant player in the document management and professional relocation sector.

In the pensions sector we act for @SIPP, specialists in the holding of property in pension funds.

Our clients range from individuals, entrepreneurs, family businesses, SME businesses and plcs in various sectors and we pride ourselves on putting the client at the centre of what we do. That means communicating and listening in a way which matches their perspective and understanding.

Further we act for leading student accommodation developers and investors.
