About Me

Lydia is widely recognised in the sports sector as a leading Employment Law and HR advisor to sport clients. She also leads in the highly sensitive area of Safeguarding. Having qualified in 1994, Lydia has significant experience advising international federations, national governing bodies, clubs, event organisers, intermediaries, players, athletes and administrators in a wide range of sports.Lydia advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including:
