Catherine is a member of Brabners’ sports sector team and has particular experience in advising Agents and Governing Bodies on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Catherine has experience of a broad range of general commercial litigation matters including regulatory disputes, sports arbitration (Rule K) and contractual disputes.
Catherine qualified into the Commercial team in 2018 after completing her training contract with the Firm. Prior to joining Brabners Catherine completed a six month secondment at The Football Association (‘The FA’) as part of her training contract.
In addition to progressing her legal career, Catherine has worked for the British Association for Sport and Law (‘BASL’) since 2014, as the Association’s Executive coordinator.
